Please read these terms carefully before using PDA — Take That Drop.
By creating an account or using PDA — Take That Drop (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Vzemi Tezi Namaleniya Ltd., a company registered in Bulgaria (“we”, “us”, “our”).
PDA is a price monitoring platform that allows registered users to track product prices on supported online stores and receive notifications when prices change. The Service is provided on the following tiers:
Features, tier limits, and pricing may change. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

Prices displayed on the Service are retrieved automatically from third-party websites. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of price information. Prices may differ from those shown on the retailer’s website due to scraping delays, website changes, currency fluctuations, or other factors.
The Service is for informational purposes only. We are not a party to any transaction between you and any retailer, and we are not responsible for purchase decisions made based on data from the Service.
Paid tier access (TIER_02) is managed through our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees. All fees are in euros (€) unless stated otherwise. We do not offer refunds except as required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change subscription fees upon reasonable prior notice. Continued use of the paid tier after a fee change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
All content, design, code, and trademarks of the Service are the property of Vzemi Tezi Namaleniya Ltd. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.
Product names, images, and prices retrieved from third-party websites remain the property of their respective owners. We retrieve this data solely to provide the price tracking service to our users.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at pda@toni-kolev.com. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice, or at our sole discretion with reasonable notice if we discontinue the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vzemi Tezi Namaleniya Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to decisions made based on price data, missed price drops, or service outages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bulgaria. If you are a consumer in another EU member state, you may also have recourse to the courts in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
